I grabbed a box of cocktails for a friends birthday and they were amazing. Quite strong but that is a good thing ;-) and it came in a box ready to gift

Items received not as advertised. No response to emails or form on website.

Boxtails had a problem with delivery delays this Christmas but their customer set was great and they resent the two orders to go direct to recipients via yodel to get there for Christmas.

Terrible customer service. Place and paid for an order for Xmas. It did not arrive. Contacted them 5 times before they responded. No phone number on their website. Still not sorted so I requested a refund

Great cocktails working out at £5.50 a drink, depending on where you go out this is either good value for money or about the same as going out. I will say that a £5.50 cocktail at a bar isn't as nice as these boxtails, so that's a huge plus! I'd like to see some kind of bulk buy discount for bigger orders. As it stands the business offers no deals or discounts (appart from Tesco club card point conversion).
Also, the cocktails perfectly fill my umbrella glasses to the top and the espresso martini had a foam once shaken! (So the portion is as expected)

Awful experience. Firstly they got the order wrong and then I noticed that they were falsely advertising the ABV levels of their cocktails. When I complained, all they would offer was a refund of postage when I requested a full refund. Would not use again.

Love the product, and importantly received fantastic customer service - I had an issue with the delivery (more the fault of the courier and not Boxtails themselves) and I emailed the customer service - the owner of the company emailed me back , the issue was resolved and I felt like a valued customer - I will be back for more soon!!

Found the products all to have a terrible chemically taste, completely over priced and after sampling 6 different flavours found none of them particulaly nice.

Can't comment on quality as not arrived yet but wanted to note EXCELLENT customer service. When I stupidly put the wrong delivery address it was rectified within an hour or so late on a Friday evening. Thank you so much Boxtails!!!

Excellent product! Ordered the mixed box and couldn’t fault them. All exceptionally tasty, not too sweet, quality drinks! If you look online there are optional ways to serve ( over ice, with fizz, garnishes etc ) but served over lots of ice on Christmas Day was a winner. Can recommend.

Ready mixed, good quality cocktails, beautifully packaged. Fantastic gift idea.

Excellent customer service, had a problem with one of the boxes (rum instead of vodka), sorted within a couple of hours on a Saturday night.

We bought a voucher for boxtails and tried the fiesta Mexicana and we were not disappointed. We didn’t need to add anymore alcohol as they were strong enough. We would buy again when on offer.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Product well packaged and makes a great present. I ordered a selection for my daughter. She starts Uni soon and thought they would be a good icebreaker to share with her housemates.

Great service, love the fact they are post box friendly. Love the mix in this box and am looking forward to indulging in them once the weather warms up.

Great service. Well packaged. Delicious cocktails. Great for our camping trip to sip in the hot tub.
